You gotta wear protection nowadays…

Getting ready for a tough fight with Alan Fenandes on the 15th—and so I needed a custom mouth guard to protect me.

The Kombat Mouthguard  is made from a molding of my teeth.  It fits perfectly into my mouth, and unlike a “boil-and-bite”  doesn’t “fall out” when I open my mouth.  Taking a molding of both my top and bottom teeth  the mouth guard is individually shaped allowing for maximum grip, protection, and comfort.  It is almost 2.5 MM thicker than a traditional mouthguard and helps protect against knockouts almost 40% better than a boil and bite.   That being said…it’s not going to help me keep my hands up…or prevent me from getting hit in the face…LOL—so I’m still training hard…*BUT*…it will protect my teeth, and make sure I’m still smiling when they put that shinny new belt around my waist.

Anyone going to the BBQ Beatdown at TMT tonight–Owen from Kombat Mouthguards will be on site taking custom impressions for people wanting to get hooked up with a legit mouth guard. It is money well spent.
