WOW #P2BK is AMAZING! thank you @dharialwazzan

Wow!

Thats is the first thing to come out of your mouth when you see the Proud 2 Be Kuwait Sand sculptures. For the 7th annual Remal International Sand and Light Sculpture park, director of the event, Dhari al Wazzan REALLY OUT DID HIMSELF this year!

The sandcastle village has over 40 different scenes sculpted by artists from all over the world depicting the famous book  Elf Layla wa Layla. Taking up over 28,000 square meters of space the main attraction is almost 50 feet tall and made of over 10,000 tons of sand!

It is rumored the entire exhibit of over 70 different sculptures built by 80 artists from 25 different countries cost upwards of 2 million USD to create!

The amazing display of art is being showcased now, and is suppose to run until April.

If you haven’t checked out P2BK 2014, do yourself a favor and get down to the Mishref Fair grounds, I’m sure one word will sum up your thoughts…WOW!
