Why watch UFC when you can train UFC on a Sunday!

While the rest of the world watched either TMT alumni Alan Belcher’s fight in the UFC or Mayweather’s boxing bout…those of us in Malaysia trained!!

Getting together with a few of the boys (and girls ) from Leverage academy today–we got in a great 2 hour training session on the Sparta mats.

Off to the airport now–should be in Manila in time for dinner :)
