What an amazing practice today! *BOOM*

Great training this afternoon at Tiger Muay Thai.

JJ Ambrose and Wiktor Svensson are both preparing for upcoming fights.  Wiktor will be fighting in DARE FC on the 24th of June in BKK, while JJ is fighting a few weeks earlier…heading to Saipan on the 9th.

Besides Wiktor and JJ, we had undefeated Korean fighter Tommy Yang at the gym, working with UFC veteran Dorian Price.  Really a great group of guys training right now.

Got in 3 rounds of sparring–3 rounds of shadow boxing–3 rounds of padwork—and then all the upper belts got together for some advanced grappling at the end of the practice.  GREAT FRIDAY TRAINING SESSION…very strong team, with several other up and comers on the way!
