What a way to end the week!

Just finished the week attending Andrew Gardineer’s Friday 7-8:30 Bjj class.

Went over knee-on-belly position and several attacks.

Off to dinner with Claire Bear…then some partying in Phuket town.

By tomorrow I will have caught up on my emails…facebook emails too :)
