What a great night of fights!!~

…As if I don’t watch enough fights…lol.

One of the advantages about having lived on the island of Phuket for so long…I get into both of the major stadiums–Bangla and Patong for free…That being said…I really don’t go to ‘that many’ Thai fights.  Having been involved in fighting for almost a decade…I have no idea how many fights I’ve seen live…but if you were to add up all the boxing, MMA, Muay Thai…I’m sure it would be an impressive amount of hours…lol.  Nowadays I usually only make it out if it’s a ‘good fight card’

…Tonight Patong Stadium had one of the best fight cards of 2010.  My good friend Yoshi from the USA made his return to the ring after almost 2 years of retirement.  He was a bit rusty…but scored a 3rd round KO.

Don Madge and Jimmy from Scottland  both got wins for Tiger Muay Thai.

Wayne Avison took home a 5 round decision for Promthep Muay Thai…and the upset of the night…Athit of Dragon Muay Thai gave up nearly 30lbs to beat K-1 standout Ramazon during a 5 round display of beautiful Muay Thai.

…was a fun night at the stadium…but I’m a bit tired now—and am going to have to hurry off to bed so I’m ready to go for my 9am Grappling Class :)
