What a difference 24 hours can make!

Yesterday the weather was perfect.  I went down to Rawai beach to enjoy some food at a traditional Essan style restaurant and take in the beauty of Phuket.  It was really one of those days that you could ride your motorbike the entire day just to ‘Cruise’.

Today it rained…and BOY DID IT RAIN!!!…pretty much rained all day.  Mauricio really showed his teaching skills being able to adapt his lesson plan according to the training surface.  Very impressed.

After the seminar Andrew held open mat from 7-8 and then a few of us went to Anchor in for dinner.  Sandra, Johnny Wolf, Cat and Mauricio Zingano, and Drewsaki all met up at Anchor Inn near the circle.  The rain was so bad we ended up calling a taxi to from my place to take us.  I’m really thinking buying a cheap vehicle would be a good way of staying dry during the wet season next year.

Looking forward to tomorrow… with the sore knee—my back is starting to hurt again.  I’ve been walking with a bit of a limp…which I think that has forced other muscles in my lower back to tighten up for compensation.  I’ve been talking to Minimac about hooking me up with a session at a new Chiropractor’s office by Central Festival.  If I have time tomorrow I’m gonna try to stop in for a treatment..I’ll give everyone a review, if I do.
