Okay “match” is probably a better word then “fight” since there are no punches…but technically there are no punches in a food or water fight either…lol!!

Sunday I will be competing in the Blackbelt medium heavy master division for the IBJJF Nogi Worlds. Matches will be held in Long Beach CA.

I appreciate everyone who has been sending me encouraging emails and positive energy!! Anyone wanting to watch the matches can stream them here…

My matches will start around 1:00-1:30…with 8 black belts in my division I’m expecting some amazing displays of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
