So another Friday has passed, which means another GFC WRESTLING PRESENTS: Your Tips On The Mat, presented by Professor Elbe has been aired in the middle east on cable TV channel Al Rai.

This week I showed a series of takedowns that work really well when you are fighting in a cage, or when you are able to put your opponent against a wall.  This series of takedowns is high percentage, low risk.
