Thanx to UFC Vet Mike Ciesnolevicz for showing a couple of techniques during the morning grappling class.  We had 20+ guys show up for the Friday “in house” grappling tournament.  Mike is a 2x UFC veteran, 9x IFL Vet and a collegiate wrestler who holds the rank of BJJ Purple Belt.

Mike will be spending the next month here at Tiger Muay Thai as he works himself back into shape and gets prepared to take another MMA fight.
