Thanx Cyrille Diabate for showing techniques specific to striking for MMA.  Cyrille was a coach for Dan Henderon’s ‘TEAM USA’ on Season 9 of the UFC’s Ultimate Fighter and will be fighting Steve Cantwell next month for the UFC on Versus.

After the class he spent some time answering questions from the guys training.
