Quick Congrats to Trevor on taking a Silver medal in his first grappling tournament representing Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket.

This years Thailand Open was a great success…however with how busy things have been around the gym…I didn’t really have time to prepare a team for the competition.

Hopefully next year TMT will be pack on the podium.

Looking forward to the seminar tomorrow at the new Q23 Academy…9 black belts all on the mats showing techniques to help raise funds for the flood victims of Thailand…if your in BKK…please show your support and attend the seminar!
