Training recap @phukettopteam

Today was another good day of training, I did the 7:30am Muay Thai class before jumping in the 9am Nogi class and getting a few rounds of grappling done.

Morning thai boxing started with 15 mins jumprope, 15 min jog, 3 rounds on the bag, 3 rounds padwork, and then I took off for Nogi.

I planned on hitting the evening session of Muay Thai, however skipped for a light weights session and treadmill run at Elite Fitness the new muscle gym in Chalong. Overall was a great day of training…below is the pic from the Clark Gracie seminar last week
