Tough training @brtopteam Orange County today

Got in some great training today!

Morning I worked some MMA training with Sammie Quito, a BJJ Black Belt under Leo Viera…He’s training for a fight against Wayne Philipps of AKA–April 14th in Orange County.

Heading down to watch some of the Pan Ams…I made it back in time to teach the 4PM Nogi class and get in some quality rolls of my own with BJJ Black Belt Adriano Nasal of BTT
