Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket sends foreigner to fight at Lumpinee Stadium
February 19th will be a big day for Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket as Jonny Betts (UK) and Yodbuapet ‘KOK’ Will both be competing at the prestigious Lumpinee Stadium.
When Jonny Tiger Muay Thai steps into the ring to fight, he will become only the third foreigner ever to represent Tiger Muay Thai at the world renowned Lumpinee Stadium. Betts is well established in Muay Thai and is a veteran of both the Queen and King Cup Muay Thai events. He has been training under the tutelage of Master Gae and Goi for several years now, and is looking to continue establishing himself as one of the top foreigners fighting and living in Thailand.
16 year old Thai fighter Yodbuapet ‘Kok’ Tiger Muay Thai will be looking to rebound from his recent decision loss at Omnoi Stadium, a fight that was for the Championship belt in his weight division. Omnoi Stadium, while not as well known as Lumpinee is considered one of the top venues to fight at, and so far has been K1 legend Buakaw’s crowning moment in Muay Thai. Kok, the nephew of Kru fasuchon, is a blue chip prospect who many people consider one of the top 16 year old Muay Thai fighters in the entire country of Thailand, this fight in Lumpinee will be an important fight for his climb back to the top of the rankings.
