Tiger Muay Thai alumni Brayden Summers inks multi fight deal with Australian Fighting Championships!
Splitting time between Tiger Muay Thai and Team Nemesis of Australia, Brayden Summers has earned a 3-0 professional record and the rank of Blue Belt in BJJ under me.
After winning his last fight for Martial Combat, on a televised event promoted by ESPN, Brayden has had a difficult time finding a bout. Two last minute injuries forced opponents to back out of scheduled fights, both times leaving Summers without a competition after a strategic training camp.
The Australian Fighting Championship is one of the premier MMA Shows in Oz and they have had fellow TMT alumnu’s Ross Dallow, Leigh Allwood, and Ritchie Whitson compete for them.
Brayden was suppose to fight on the AFC 1 event, however his opponent pulled out 48 hours before the fight. The AFC, proving that they know how to take care of a fighter—->paid Brayden his show purse…and agreed to put him on their next card.
Headlining a Pro-Am card as the Main Event, Brayden Summers will face former Victorian MMA Champion Nick Patterson on a date soon to be announced. Patterson lost to fellow TMT alumni Courtois Maximilien earlier this year…but will be coming into this fight off an impressive win against Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Casio Valdez.
An impressive showing against Patterson should put Brayden in the mix for the LW Championship belt for the AFC.
