LOL…We have professional MMA fighter Valerie Letourneau at the gym right now.  Valerie is a veteran of Canada’s leading promotion…TKO..and is currently 2-2 in MMA.

Her two defeats have come against Strikeforce Champion Contender Sarah Kaufman and Alexis Davis—-both of who are ranked in the top 10 in the world for her weight division.

Valerie is a BJJ Purple Belt and a member of Tristar Vale Tudo–her teammates include David Loiseau, Ivan Menjivar, Thierry Quenneville, and Steve Vigneault…let’s just say…I’m lucky she was such a good sport about my practical joke :)
