This guy is going to make my life hell…

I’m 8 weeks out from my Martial Combat Superfight in Singapore.  My fight will be 5 rounds of 5 minutes…a bout duration I’ve never fought before.

…My weight is finally starting to drop, yesterday I was 85 Kilos.

I feel good with my skillset.  I’ve finally got striking-to go with my grappling.  I believe the thing that is going to make the difference in this fight is cardio.  I am training for a war.

Randy Hale–is one of the strength and conditioning coaches at Tiger Muay Thai.  Everyday—5 days a week, I am going to be ran through a 30 minute conditioning workout with him.  Randy has dedicated himself to helping me improve my core strength and balance.

…I appreciate his support—and I look forward to bringing the belt back to Tiger Muay Thai (This is the first belt I’ve fought for since 2005).

I’m waking up today–after yesterday’s training…walking like a zombie ;(
