The next VIP guest at TMT arrives this week :)

Boom—The training partners coming through TMT is always a constant revolving door of who’s-who’s :)

Arriving later this week will be BJJ Black Belt and professional MMA fighter Mauricio Zingano.  Mauricio is a BJJ Black Belt under Professor Carlos “Caique” Ellias—who’s lineage is Rickson and Helio Gracie.  Mauricio started training in 1993 with the Gracie family had has been taught by all the legends inlcuding Rickson, Royce, Rorion, Rolker, and Relson Gracie.  He is one of the very few people in the world to have been a student of Grand Master helio Gracie.

Making the training trip with Mauricio will be his wife Cat Albert-Zingano who is currently an Undefeated MMA Prospect and current Ring Of Fire Champion.  Cat is the world’s 8th ranked female 125lbs fighter . After an extensive wrestling career she took up BJJ in 2007 and in that short period of time has already captured 3 MMA Championship belts.  Competing nationally and internationally in grappling she has won tournaments in the US and Brazil, most notably winning the Mundials and Rio De Janeiro State Championships.
