The New York Badass talking ’bout bad ass things!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Phil “NYBA” Baroni for the shout out on MMA Junkie Radio today.  He’s fighting John Salter at UFC 118 in Boston, but kicked off his training camp at Tiger Muay Thai.  Baroni, is one of the most popular MMA fighters in the Industry–and spent almost 2 months improving his Muay Thai in Thailand.

It was really cool having Baroni at the gym–I remember when I first started training in MMA watching his KO over former UFC Middleweight Champion Dave Menne *TO THIS DAY* it is one of the most brutal KO’s I’ve ever watched.
