The importance of squats!
Not a bad training session today!
40 mins on the treadmill with a grading of 3 and a level of 8…nice controlled long distance run.
Finished it up with squats, leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, and abductors.
Of all the leg day lifts…squats are probably the most dynamic and beneficial for an athlete…the compound movements help support the core and really help increase dynamic explosiveness while training.
