Well…it’s nice to have a World Class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt at the gym.  Tony won the 2005 ADCC Brazilian Qualifying Championships and captured the 2009 American National Championship.

Today he worked in with the students most of the day, showing the morning grappling techniques, and breaking down a clever armbar in transition to an opponent attempting to replace their guard (video shown) during the afternoon Inter-Advan. class.

I’m trying to talk Professor Eduardo into teaching Wiktor’s 7pm class tomorrow for people who wanna see a few Gi techniques.  Tony’s seminar will be Friday at 4pm and is going to sale out.  RSVP your space by giving 1,200THB to any of the MMA coaches.

I’ve already asked Tony to show some guard passing strategies for the seminar…and am excited to see what he will add to my game. I can honestly say that anyone missing the Tony Eduardo Lima seminar is making a mistake if they ever want to study the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu…this guy is a mat wizard!
