Great training today.

Morning training was muay Thai with 3x lumpinee champion Watcharahai Kaewsamrit at Sparta Combat Sports this afternoon followed by 4 rounds of 8 mins with Marcos Escobar brown belt Ian Lee at Leverage BJJ.

Hard training in prep to my Sept.30 fight in Kuwait!!
