Thanx BJJ Black Belt Alex Prates for the Shirt!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to my friend Alex Prates of Sydney Australia for the sweet new T-shirt that he sent out here with one of his students as a gift.

Alex is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and an instructor of Top ranked Bantamweight Ritchie Vas.  Hopefully I’ll get a chance to say thanx when I’m in Australia to watch the UFC later this month.
