Thai ice cream hotdog

LOL…okay–this WAS NOT part of the diet…but I’ve been good all week =)

5 scoops of homemade ice cream–REAL HOMEMADE ice cream, covered in evaporated milk, with sprinkles of kernel corn…all stuffed between a hotdog bun…lol

Doesn’t sound delicious…but even the best skeeby stoner concoction doesn’t compare!

This is one of my -many-favorite Thai desserts!
