One of my favorite things about working at Tiger Muay Thai is the opportunity to learn from guest instructors.

Today we had BJJ Black Belt Roger Almeida show the technique during the beginner MMA class today at 9am. Almeida has been training BJJ for 16 years, and is currently living in the UAE teaching BJJ for the Abu Dhabi Combat Club. He has been at TMT for 3 weeks working on his Muay Thai, and today treated everyone with a few techniques from his bag of tricks :)
