Secret video of @kitdalebjj training for the #PolarisJiuJitsu competition next month in London!

Professional Grappling is starting to go mainstream!  Not many people remember the epic submission league that was being held in California years ago—an event where UFC Hall of Fame fighter Randy Couture faced Jacare to a DRAW.

With the growth of grappling however, promotions like Metamoris are giving submission grapplers an opportunity to show off their talents while earning money doing so.

The next revolutionary event for the grappling community is the upcoming Polaris Jiu Jitsu Invitational January 10th featuring 8 super fights with some of the biggest names in the sport, with 6 Gi and 2 Nogi fights (including Pablo Popovitch of the UAEJJ team) taking place at St Davids Hall in Cardiff.

One of the major differences between Gi and Nogi grappling is the ‘Grip fighting’—lots of times the person who wins in the Gi, is the person with the strongest grips, while competing Nogi, usually it favors the person with the better transitions.

Looking to improve his grip strength leading up to his epic showdown against Victor Silverio—we took Kit Dale for a little Teacup training, at the happiest place on earth, DisneyLand.
