Finally fight day for JJ Ambrose and the rest of the guys in Laredo Texas competing on Bellator 62!—Yesterday’s weighins were a bit unusual as 4 fighters missed weight…with the Santos/Prindle fight actually getting scrapped all together.

Following yesterday’s weighins…I gave my seminar to a great group of guys at Paragon BJJ.

Having a good dinner—>and a full nights sleep…Ambrose has had almost 24 hours to rehydrate and refill his body with food in preparation to his bout this evening.

Gonna get moving and grab some breakfast soon…those of you close to Laredo…I hope to see you at the venue tonight!

If you make it to the fights make sure you introduce yourself…unfortunately I’m not gonna get to hang around in TX much as im off to Phoenix at 6AM in the morning for another seminar tomorrow starting at 2PM at Siege MMA
