The latest way to consume your electrolytes prior/during/and post workout is with these dissolvable strips made by Sports Food Inc.  Containing no sugar or food dyes, these strips are great for kids and an easy way to make sure you’re keeping your body hydrated properly.

ingredients include 12 mg potassium, 12 mg sodium, 0 calories, total carbs or sugar per serving.
serving suggestion – 2 sheets before workout, 2 during workout. 12 strips per package.  Two packages per pouch.
appearance – kind of fragile thin sheets that are about the size of a postage stamp.  Somewhat reminds me of those flavored breath fresheners strips that were marketed a few years ago.
taste – a quick burst of a citrus-type flavor.  not delicious but okay.  dissolves quickly on tongue.
Very small containers.  The container that I opened came loose at one of the hinges when I opened the plastic case.  It quickly popped back into place when I pushed it back on.
