Quick highlight video from my Grappling Seminar in Mumbai India earlier this year…

Sorry Neha…I know it took me awhile to get this footage edited and put online…but I did eventually get it up :)

Earlier this year the instructors at Total Combat Fitness brought me out for a Nogi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar at the Mumbai Sports Authority of India.  The seminar was my first trip to India, and they did a wonderful job of taking me around the city and showing me Mumbai (both during the day and at night).

MMA is going to be a global sport–and I am fortunate that Total Combat Fitness is working together with Tiger Muay Thai to help pioneer the way.

…Couple more weeks—>and I’ll be back on the road…this time giving a seminar in South Africa.
