Pro’s Picks…Frank Mir Vs. Cro Crop…

Been difficult updating the blog while I’m in Hong Kong.  Adam’s fight was a good scrap last night.  He faced a Korean named Bae Myung Ho from team MAD.  The Korean has had 20+ MMA fights, and has fought on some of the largest promotions including Sengoku and M-1.

Adam…1-0 in MMA hasn’t fought Mixed Martial Arts in 6+ years.  A BJJ Black Belt and an accomplished Muay Thai fighter, he won those areas of the bout…but lost the wrestling.  Unable to stop the double leg, Bae Myung Ho used his ring experience to ride out a 29-28 decision win.  Overall I was impressed with the show Legend promoted….only thing I’d change—don’t mic the corners…lol~~~>cause ya’ll know putting a microphone in my corner—isn’t really needed =)
