Paul Harris AKA Rousimar Palhares gets an immediate title shot #wsof

Knews broke a couple of days ago that Palhares will face WSOF champion Steve Carl in his first bout since being released from the UFC for holding onto a heel hook submission too long.

Steve Carl won the belt after he choked Josh Burkman to sleep following Burkman’s win over John Fitch.

Should be interesting to see how Paul Harris gets on, he’s a super talented grappler.  I think Steve Carl has to keep it standing and defend the shot/guard pull/footlock attacks in order to win.  Will be interesting to see if Paul Harris stops if he gets the sub…
