Pan Asian BJJ Tournament this weekend…and I’ll be rassling

Just got into the Mall Of Asia (4th largest mall in the world) in Manila Philippines for a lil’ dinner at TGI Fridays…and they are already advertising the Pan Asian BJJ Championships this weekend!!

I’ll be competing Sunday during the Nogi Black Belt portion of the competition…gonna do well…as I’ve trained hard and am looking forward to adding another medal to the trophy case with a strong showing. Viva Los Superman!
