One down…one more to go
Phew–good training session today.
Beginner’s MMA class covered the Guillotine–both arm in, and arm out…we also reviewed a clever little neck crank transition–which can be used to complete the “100% sweep”.
Cardio conditioning for the class was 3:30—3 sets of 30 sprawls with shadow boxing in between each sprawl. Now that it is starting to get into the “rainy season” the humidity here makes it feel like your working out in a Sauna!!
Good turnout for the class–looking forward to afternoon training–now I’m off to lunch. Gonna grub on sum Short Ribs …MMMMMM….
