Offense wins matches, Defense keeps you on the mat

Mid way through week number 8 of my training camp.

Showering after training using my bar of “Defense soap” given to me by Fabes…thanx my nizzle!

Prevents ringworm, impetigo, MRSA, and other mat diseases…so I’ll get in a healthy camp for this fight!
