Off to Ubon Thailand with Ole Laursen

After a bit of work in Singapore some sight seeing in Cambodia, and some networking in Bangkok…it’s now time to hit up the last of my training camp for Grappler’s Quest Amsterdam.

Catching the night train from BKK to Ubon last night with Ole Laursen I’m about an hour away from arriving in Ubon. Ole Laursen runs the Legacy Gym here in addition to his Boracay Philippines facility.
