Off to school on a Sunday…

Grabbing some breakfast at Denny’s with a group of guys heading over to Megaton’s Academy to attend an IBJJF Rules and Referees seminar with 4th degree Bjj black belt professor Alvaro Mansor

I’m excited to attend the afternoon of training as it will help me better understand the rules of IBJJF competition and make me a better competitor/coach.
