Now that is what I call a dessert! Mmmmmmmm
While in Curitiba Brazil, you have to try the ingenious crepe-like pancakes that are made with manioc (tapioca) flour.
They are a popular street food in Brazil, where they are cooked to order with a variety of sweet and savory fillings (cheese, shredded beef, gauva, sweetened condensed milk, coconut and coconut milk, and even a chocolate fudge filling similar to brigadeiro candy).
I picked the strawberry/chocolate combination, and as you can see by the video…it probably took them longer to make than it took me to eat, KKKKKkk
