Nothing says welcome to AMURIKA like a choke-hold!!

Thanx to the guys at the Laredo Paragon BJj academy for the friendly welcome today!

After a 20+ hour flight…and my bags getting lost at the airport…it was nice to blow off some steam.

Drilled some deep half techniques before working in 5 rounds of 7 mins with the Paragon team.

Got a chance to roll with BJj brown belts–Fred Reyes and Felipe Martinez…also showing up at the academy was Luis Vega–who will be on the undercard of Friday nights Bellayor fights.

Looking forward to working with the guys tomorrow during my seminar!
