It’s been really nice having Ben Stark at the gym.  He’s a quality training partner and has been a great addition to Tiger Muay Thai.

Next Thursday at 4pm he will be giving an MMA and Nogi grappling seminar Free to the guest of TMT.  Anyone training on the island is welcome to attend–however if they are not currently a member of the gym the cost is 1,000thb.

Ben has had an opportunity to train with a who’s-who of MMA talent, and I am really looking forward to learning a few tricks from the UFC Ultimate Fighter Alumni.
