My legs! My feet! #q8run
Well thanx to Judo Phil this past weekend I did my first ever 10K run. I didn’t exactly train for it, however I figured how tough could it really be…lol.
Lol. Long story short after about an hour of running and feeling the street pound through my shoes…I realised why I learned to fight….so I didn’t have to run!
Lol.
Was a good experience though and I was glad to spend the morning with Phil and Ahmed. The event was for charity so all the money raised was for a great cause.
Now to let my body recover!
