Muay Thai Contender Asia star Zidov Akuma stops by Tiger Muay Thai yesterday…

Having made a name for himself at Ole Laursen’s Legacy Gym in Ubon Thailand, before moving to a new gym after getting his shot on the reality show ‘The Contender Asia’…Zidov has trained with Tiger Muay Thai instructors Dang and Phut for several years (both of those instructors spent time at Legacy).

On the island of Phuket for the weekend…Zidov stopped by Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket to check out the facility…say hello to a few old trainers…and discuss using TMT as a training camp for an upcoming MMA fight in Bulgaria.

Zidov and myself first met each other in 2007 during a trip to the Art Of War MMA promotion in Beijing China.
