Stopped into Siege MMA today and got in some Pad work with Joe Riggs…Adawg gave me a few rounds of sparring…and then I finished with some shadow and bag work.

The Lybarger twins are working hard with Sony Diaz as they get set for their April 7th fights in Las Vegas.

Following my workout…I got a chance to review a few techniques with them.
