Look over there…it’s a bird…it’s a plane…no…it’s….

*Morning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class* :)

Things have been rocking and rolling at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket lately.  Took a group photo at the end of training…and we had 30+ students in class for the morning Nogi grappling.  A few people skipped out before the photo was taken…lol.

Large classes are really productive for learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Fighting…by nature is problem solving.  The more people we have on the mat, the more questions get asked, and the more ‘ways of looking at the problem’ are presented.

I always tell people–Private training should ‘Supplement’ your training–not be your only form of learning.  You need to discover BJJ–>and you do that by looking, listening, and ‘doing’.  When we have a large group with people of varied experience levels—it gives everyone the opportunity to learn quicker.

**Great day of training—looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow bright and early…(9am…lol..that is early in Thailand though)
