… Sir William Wallace showed us in the movie Braveheart the effectiveness of an intimidating “War Scream”…

So as part of today’s morning grappling lesson we practiced our best “War Scream”.  Lead by Flickadoo’s nephew Nicholas we all held our intimidating presence for a remarkable 15 seconds worth of an angry frenzy.
