Lemme teach you rookies about Mr. K1

Okay, so being new to the middle east, you realize MMA is growing…you also realize many people involved in the sport are “New” to the game, and don’t really know much about the history.  The oldschool guys who were around BEFORE THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER. TUF NOOBS as I like to call them.

Along with this new branch of MMA fans, are people who never got a chance to watch the old PRIDE, K1, KOTC days.  While in Dubai I got the opportunity to speak to Peter Aerts while in the back room helping the guys from Phuket Top Team prepare for their fights.

Peter Aerts is an absolute legend when it comes to K1.  Many actually consider him the best HW Kickboxer ever.  Check out his highlight!
