Kiss the cook…

…That use to be the name of one of my favorite restaurants in Arizona to get breakfast.  While attending Grand Canyon University I use to hit this place up and get fat  a couple of times a month…LOL.

Here in Thailand—You always eat out…which means I rarely get an opportunity to show off my culinary art skills…but it does happen from time to time! (Okay…I really can’t remember the last time I cooked…555+)

Threw it down and made a 4 egg omelet with a TON of veggies and a lil’ cheddar cheese. Added  bacon, toast, fresh fruit and some Orange Juice…I hope it tastes as good as it looks!
