With 20+ years of wrestling experience–and a collegiate wrestling career at Central Connecticut State University (D1) –in addition to Cortland State(D3) he’s a wealth of knowledge.

Now owner of Westchester Wrestling Club in Westhester New York he also coaches at Iona Prep.

Look for him to continue cross training with the MMA and Muay Thai programs as Joe continues to evolve as a mixed martial artist!
