With no one in his division during the Philippines National Grappling tournament…JJ Ambrose stepped into the heavyweight Nogi Elite division and took Gold.

Congrats to Reem who competed as well.

JJ now 17-3 as a pro in MMA is a brown belt under Tracy Hess and Tiger Muay Thai’s resident ninja.
