I’ve heard of “meat and bones”…but this is just BONES!!!

I’m all about sum fried chicken—but I’m having a hard time getting into Fried Chicken Feet…just seems like I’ve got bones without meat!?

…I just can’t imagine this taking off at the local Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffle’s joint.

I could be wrong though…
